Open access to tracking journals including a food and mood journal to log and share food with your dietitian.
Accountability and support on progress and goal-setting to alleviate symptoms and feel your best.
Collaboration of care with your current healthcare team by a qualified nutrition expert including ordering labs and sending referrals.
You're not in this journey alone! I am here to help you through your current health issues and symptoms until you feel your best again.
Follow-up visits can be booked in 30 or 60-minute increments. During the visit, we will go through your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and answer any questions you have.
As my client, you'll have access to your client portal. Inside the portal you can book your follow-up sessions, upload documents, fill in your food and mood journal, and more!
At your initial assessment, we will review your intake form together. Afterwards, we'll develop a personalized plan based on your current health goals.
After your discovery call, you'll complete an Initial Intake Questionnaire. You'll also be asked to attach any bloodwork or imaging you've had done previously.
On this discovery call, we'll go through your primary health concerns and I'll discuss package options with you, as well as answer any questions you have.
